I’ve gotten sick of seeing sex workers being portrayed as rich and glamorous or all abused and desperate. The truth is, while both ends of the spectrum certainly exist, many online sex workers are middle class (predominantly young women) who have a knack for social media and want extra cash. We wanted to make a love letter to the mundane and funny parts of the job while still acknowledging the dangerous and stigmas that still plague the industry.
